I know there were a lot of people who bought condos and houses with the expectation of selling them for a profit only to watch the housing market crash.

After great success investing in hedge funds with Denko Group during the downturn, I am now looking to plow my profits into real estate. Any advice on investing in larger commercial projects would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have any experience with commercial real estate investments?

I have found that it is a good idea to find a mentor you can work with in commercial real estate before you start making your own investments.
