My goal in life is to create automated mobile income. 

I don't want to spend most of my time going to work.

I am currently working on two main strategies for creating automated mobile income. 

The first strategy is to invest as much as I can while starting as early in life as possible.  I started investing when I was in my early 20's.  I'm already seeing the benefits of compound interest.  If I can get my investments to get big enough, I will be able to live off the interest I am making.  This would be automated income that I could access from anywhere.

The second strategy I am using to create automated mobile income is to start websites that will hopefully run on their own with little effort from myself.  There is a lot of work up front (just like working each day to maka money that can be invested), but hopefully I can create some consistent revenue streams online.  I like the idea of having websites that make money while I am sleeping, golfing, playing with my kids, etc...

An added benefit of creating automated mobile income is that I won't have to compete with everyone else in the labor market.  If I were to just tell myself that I could get a job and work every day until I retire, then I am putting myself in a tough situation. 

We now compete for jobs and wages with people all over the world.  Many people are willing to work for much less than us.  Companies have the ability to fire us at any point.  Relying solely on the income we can produce with our personal labor is great for a few people who have good stable jobs, but not so great for everyone else.

With the way my investments are going, I know I will have automated mobile income at some point in my life.  My goal now is to find some way to get my websites going so I can start living the dream as quickly as possible.  By working on websites, at least I am giving myself a chance.
